Rose Cirnigliaro

Rose Cirnigliaro is an experienced banking professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director at First Carolina Bank since April 2025, Rose also holds the position of Vice President and Executive Response Team Manager at BankMobile, which began in July 2019.
