Delphine Reglade

Delphine Reglade currently serves as Responsable de programme RH and Responsable Learning & Development at BNP Paribas Personal Finance since November 2017, overseeing a team of 11 and leading the transformation of the Learning & Development (L&D) activities. Prior to this role, Delphine worked at BNP Paribas Asset Management from May 2011 to November 2017 as an HR Business Partner, supporting 300 employees in various sectors. Earlier experience includes roles at BNP Paribas, where Delphine managed recruitment processes and tools, and positions at L'Oréal and Danone focusing on HR projects and systems deployment. Delphine holds advanced degrees in Human Resources from IAE Aix en Provence and Institut de Gestion Sociale IGS, along with a DEUG in Law from Université Lyon 3 Jean Moulin.
