Kamal Aderibigbe

Kamal Aderibigbe has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management, Organisational Effectiveness, Employee Relations, Leadership Development and Succession Planning.

Kamal started their career as a Consultant Team Lead at Accenture, before moving to British American Tobacco, where they spent 13 years in various roles, including Director of Leadership Development and HR Business Partner.

In May 2020, Kamal joined BNP Paribas as Vice President of Human Resources and Lead HR Business Partner. In this role, they are responsible for leading the execution of strategic HR business partnering to multiple divisions. Key achievements to date include being involved in the launch of a new employee resource group aimed at improving inclusive practices, leading the offshoring of roles achieving $1.2m in savings, and program managing COVID rapid response projects to enable business operations and employee engagement.

Kamal Aderibigbe has a Master's Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, a B.Sc in Textile Sci & Tech. from Ahmadu Bello University, and a High School Certificate in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from SSCE Federal Government College. Kamal is also certified by LinkedIn in Learning LinkedIn Premium Career and Premium Business, Scrum.org in Professional Scrum Master (PSM) 1, Prosci in Prosci Certified Change Manager, International Coach Federation in ACC, and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria in ACIPMN.
