Harish Guduru

Harish Guduru is a Senior Business Analyst at Adenza since February 2023, contributing to the R&D team on the Financial and Statistical reporting solution (FINSTAT) of Axiom. Previously, Harish served as a Specialist in Regulatory Reporting at BNY Mellon from September 2020 to February 2023, engaging in Axiom Implementation and enhancement activities for EMEA regulatory reporting. Harish also held the position of Lead Analyst and Team Lead at Standard Chartered Bank from June 2017 to September 2020, focusing on change management for liquidity regulatory reporting systems. Early experience includes a role as a Senior Financial Analyst and Business Analyst Trainee at Indus Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from July 2016 to May 2017, which provided foundational knowledge of traditional software development and banking products. Harish holds an MBA in Finance from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, completed from 2014 to 2016.
