James Ihn

James Ihn is a seasoned professional in business communications with a strong background in media relations, project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Communications at BNY since November 2024, James previously held the position of Senior Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from September 2022 to November 2024. Earlier roles include Marketing & Communications Manager at Qraft Technologies and Digital Marketing Consultant at Adriel, as well as Global Marketing Specialist at QARA, where James led strategic communications and digital marketing campaigns. James Ihn holds a Master of Science degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
