David Brooks

Global General Manager, Partnerships and Distribution at Boardriders

Mr. Brooks is the Global General Manager of Element and leads global merchandise, design, marketing and sales teams across multiple geographies and channels.

Prior to joining Element, Mr. Brooks spent thirteen years at Wasserman Media Group consulting brands, properties and athletes on a wide range of licensing extensions, branded and original content projects, as well as new business initiatives. Prior to Wasserman, Mr. Brooks was a partner and COO at 411 Productions, where he aided in pioneering the only comprehensive action sports studio, which provided production, marketing and distribution of films, as well as integrations and activations for the leading youth lifestyle brands.

Mr. Brooks holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
