John Maloney

SVP, Client Success at Bodhala

John Maloney is currently the SVP of Client Success at Bodhala. Prior to joining Bodhala, John spent 10 years at Bloomberg BNA, a subsidiary of Bloomberg L.P., where they most recently served as the Commercial Strategy Director for the Health Care & Litigation Business Unit. In this role, John worked directly with sales and client success teams on major corporate and large law firm accounts to increase sales revenue. John also worked with innovation boards, product development and technical teams, and marketing partners to collaborate on the development of innovative, technical solutions based on machine learning technology that provided distinctive legal and business intelligence value to new and existing clients.

John is an experienced business development strategist and legal marketing advisor. John has a deep understanding of the client experience and has always brought the "voice of the client" to internal stakeholders at Bloomberg Law. John has a proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients, deepening existing client relationships, and differentiate Bloomberg Law's tools and resources. Their focus on the client experience has resulted in improved efficiencies, innovation and financial results for their clients.

John Maloney attended Wake Forest University School of Law, where they earned their J.D. John also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
