Alison Johnson is a Principal Scientist in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) at Boehringer Ingelheim since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Research Biologist and Research Biologist at IIT Research Institute, where Alison led immunology projects and directed a team conducting extensive immunological studies. At the Henry M. Jackson Foundation, significant contributions were made in characterizing the DRAGA mouse model for Dengue Virus research. Previous positions also include research roles at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, UTMB, and NIAID, focusing on T cell responses and infection studies. Alison holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from The University of Texas Medical Branch and a BS in Chemistry and German from the University of North Dakota.
