Ting Wang

Ting Wang Ph.D. is a seasoned research professional currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim since December 2018, previously holding the title of Senior Scientist. Prior experience includes an Associate position at Albert Einstein College of Medicine from November 2014 to December 2018 and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the same institution from February 2009 to April 2014. Ting Wang's research focuses on the function and structure of RNA-protein complexes, with a significant contribution towards the development of sulfation-resistant drugs informed by molecular-level understanding of substrate selectivity of sulfotransferase. Ting Wang holds a Ph.D. in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Peking University and also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the same field from Peking University Health Science Center.
