Randy Qafaiti

Randy Qafaiti has a diverse background in research and analysis, highlighted by a position as a Researcher at Loyola Marymount University from June 2016 to May 2018, where significant contributions were made in Inertial Electrostatic Confinement Fusion, including the design of a fusor and neutron scintillation detector achieving impressive fusion output. As a Math Tutor, conceptual communication and problem-solving were facilitated for a variety of subjects. At Emergent Energy Inc. from July 2019 to August 2021, Randy excelled as a Research Physicist, overseeing R&D plans, developing SOPs for nanostructures related to hydrogen energy, and enhancing experimental setups to improve synthesis processes. Currently, Randy holds the position of Stress Analyst at Boeing, beginning in January 2023.
