Kelley E. Weil

EVP, Consumer Banking at Bank of Oklahoma

Kelley Weil is the executive vice president of consumer banking services, overseeing all consumer, small business and mortgage banking functions operating under four brands across eight states. She is also responsible for BOK Financial’s corporate marketing division.

Weil, who joined BOK Financial in 2015, previously served as chief human resources officer. Before joining BOK Financial, she held human resource leadership roles across healthcare, energy and financial services industries. She previously served as director of human resources operations, employee relations and senior human resource business partner at Williams. Prior to relocating to Tulsa, her roles included senior vice president of human resources for PlainsCapital Bank, now a part of Hilltop Holdings, and director of employee benefits and talent acquisition for a 1,200-bed hospital, Covenant Health System.

Weil has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University, where she graduated summa cum laude.

She currently serves on the boards of directors for the Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless, the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce, and Philbrook Museum of Art. Weil is a member of the company’s Diversity & Inclusion Council which works to ensure that the company fosters and supports an environment that reflects the entirety of the company’s values.
