Karina Mindegaard

Karina Mindegaard is the current Head of the Secretariat at Boligselskabet Sjælland. Karina has held this position since February of 2017. Prior to their current role, Ms. Mindegaard worked as Indkøbschef at Mediq Danmark A/S from April 2014 to February 2017. Before that, they were a Strategic Purchaser at ISS Facility Services A/S from March 2010 to March 2014, where they were responsible for improving contracts, ensuring implementation within the organization, and leading various purchasing projects. Ms. Mindegaard also worked as a Purchaser at BK Medical from January to February 2010, and before that, they were a Product Manager at Imerco from January 2005 to December 2009, where they were responsible for purchasing, marketing, and sales for the small electrical appliances, lamps, textiles, and part of the gift area categories. Finally, Ms. Mindegaard began their career as a Category Manager at Metro Cash and Carry from August 1998 to December 2004, where they were responsible for purchasing, marketing, and sales for the white goods, small electrical appliances, lights, entertainment, and photo categories.

Karina Mindegaard's educational career began with a field in marketing, purchasing and logistics at Niels Brock.

They are on a team with Katrina Lauersen - Property Service Manager, Per Bro - Construction Manager, and Ulrik Eggert Knuth-Winterfeldt - Team Leader, Energy. Karina Mindegaard reports to Bo Jørgensen, Direktør.
