Amanda Bradley

Amanda Bradley is the current General Counsel at Bolt. Amanda has held this position since September of 2022. Prior to their current role, Ms. Bradley served as the AGC, Corporate at Bolt from March of 2022 until September of that year. Before their time at Bolt, Ms. Bradley was the AGC, Corporate at Spire from March of 2021 until March of 2022.

Ms. Bradley began their legal career at O'Melveny & Myers LLP as a Counsel, Corporate/M&A from January of 2019 until December of 2019. Amanda then transitioned to an Associate role in the same department from January of 2016 until December of 2019. Ms. Bradley also spent time as the Head of Legal at Shift Technologies, Inc. from January of 2019 until December of 2021.

In 2015, Ms. Bradley worked as a Corporate Attorney at Toyota Financial Services through a secondment from Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Amanda returned to Davis Polk in 2016 as an Associate in their M&A department where they worked until September of 2020 when they joined Bolt as their General Counsel.

Outside of their corporate legal experience, Ms. Bradley has also served as a Cornell University Judicial Codes Counselor from January of 2011 until December of 2013 and as a Teacher/Tutor at Stepping Stones to Learning, LLC from January of 2010 until December of that year. Amanda Bradley completed their undergraduate studies at Boston College, where they earned a BA in Honors Philosophy (cum laude). Amanda then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Cornell University's S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cornell Law School.

They are on a team with Scott Stockberger - SVP, Finance, Greg Greiner - SVP, Product, and Hilary Neve - VP, Communications. A direct report to Amanda Bradley is and Måns Byröd - Corporate Legal Counsel. Their manager is Maju Kuruvilla, CEO.
