Andrea Gwyn

Andrea Gwyn, FACHE has a diverse and extensive work experience. Andrea is currently serving as the President of St. Anne and Perrysburg Hospitals at Bon Secours Mercy Health. Prior to this role, they held various positions within Mercy Health, including President of Mercy Health-Perrysburg Hospital and Hospital Administrator of Mercy Health-Perrysburg Hospital.

Outside of their work in the healthcare industry, Andrea has also been involved with different organizations. Andrea served as the Vice President of the Board of Directors at Perrysburg Area Chamber of Commerce and as a Member and Board Member of the YMCA of Greater Toledo.

Before joining Mercy Health, Andrea worked as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Gwyn Global Consulting, where they provided consulting services. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Ethics and Compliance Officer at HCA.

Andrea began their career at VCU Health System as a Nurse Manager Support Assistant.

Andrea Gwyn, FACHE, holds a Masters of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Andrea also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a field of study in Business-Finance and Accounting from the University of Richmond.
