Mark Beloborodov

Mark Beloborodov is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property law, currently serving as a Member of the Firm at Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC since September 2022, where assistance is provided to technology clients in developing high-quality patent portfolios. Previously, Mark held the position of Assistant General Counsel and Head of Intellectual Property at Sema4, leading the establishment of the company's IP function and strategy. Mark's extensive experience includes over 14 years at Philips in various leadership roles focused on managing global IP portfolios and integrating IP strategies within business units. Earlier roles include Deputy General Counsel at Color Kinetics, and Senior Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, advising technology companies on IP enforcement and transactions. Mark holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law and a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine.
