The leadership team at Bond UK has a history of working in humanitarian policy, knowledge management, research, and lecturing. They have also worked with various organizations such as Oxfam, the Cash Learning Partnership, Cara Syria Programme, and the International Crisis Group. Furthermore, they have experience teaching refugee children and have completed degrees at prestigious universities such as the University of Oxford and the University of St Andrews.
