Libby Sander

Libby Sander PhD is the MBA Director and Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Bond University, where research focuses on the impact of workspace design on performance, engagement, well-being, and innovation. Libby has co-chaired symposia at prominent conferences, serves as a Lecturer at the University of South Australia, and has multiple advisory roles in academic journals and organizations. As a thought leader in corporate agility and workplace design, Libby is also the founder of Rethink and The Future of Work Project, which aim to innovate business practices and foster revolutionary thinking. Libby holds a PhD in The Physical Work Environment in Organizations from Griffith University and has a Master's in Human Resource Management from the same institution.
