Tony Franks

Tony Franks has a diverse work experience in various roles within the Engineering and Technology sector. Tony currently holds the position of Engineering Manager at Bonfire Infrastructure Group since April 2023. Before that, they served as OSP Engineering Manager at 3-GIS from November 2019 to April 2023, and as Principal Engineer from June 2016 to November 2019. Tony also worked as a Project Manager and OSPE at Byers Engineering Company from May 2014 to June 2016. In addition, Tony has experience as the Technology - Chair at Alabama Mortgage Brokers Association from January 2007 to December 2014. Tony has also worked at SMW Engineering Group, Liberty Escrow and Title Services, KGP Logistics, First Community Mortgage, Truevanc Management, and Unison Site Management in various engineering and management roles.

Tony Franks attended the University of North Alabama from 2017 to 2018, where they earned a GIS Analyst Certificate in Geographic Information Systems. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1997, they attended Itawamba Community College where they studied Management Information Systems, but did not earn a degree.
