James Shelley

James Shelley is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in account management and sales development. Currently serving as an Account Executive at BookNook since June 2023, James previously held the position of Senior Account Executive at Literably. Prior to that, James worked at GoGuardian as an Account Executive, and at Pear Deck, where roles included Account Executive, Regional Partnership Manager, Associate Partnership Manager, and Sales Development Representative. James began a career in sales with Verizon as an Inside Sales Representative and further developed skills at Tallgrass Business Resources and Muv-U Corp/Hawkeye Rewards. Early career experience includes a Communications Intern role at Launch Services. Academically, James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa and a Master of Arts in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching from Liberty University.
