Anne Fenice

As Boom’s Senior Vice President of People & Operations, Anne is responsible for operations across the Commercial team, and orchestrating cross-functional alignment to achieve the company’s objectives and meet goals in the most effective way possible.

Prior to joining Boom, Anne was in operational and Chief of Staff roles for 15+ years across tech companies spanning hypergrowth to mature stages. Most recently at LinkedIn, she was responsible for the Marketing & Communication team’s operational strategy and organizational effectiveness across a team of 800+ employees. Anne has also worked in operational roles at Cisco, Yahoo and Sun Microsystems.

Anne is passionate about driving operational rigor and harmony, with a people-focused approach that emphasizes collaboration. She holds a B.A. in Business, Management, Marketing, and English from Westminster College.
