Michaela Austin

Michaela Austin is an experienced professional in the food service and insurance industries, currently serving as an Assistant Manager and Server Trainer at BoomerJack's Grill since June 2020. At BoomerJack's, Michaela has successfully opened two new stores and has trained over 200 new employees. Previous experience includes working as an Insurance Agent at Farmers Insurance from December 2021 to January 2023, and as a Lead Manager at Hooters of America from October 2016 to June 2020. Michaela also held roles at Cracker Barrel as a Server Trainer and at Sonic Drive-In as a First Assistant Manager, demonstrating strong customer service and team leadership skills throughout their career. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Texas State University, completed in 2016.
