Sharla Macy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational consulting and leadership coaching. As the Chief Executive Officer of Sharla Macy & Associates and CEO Couples, Sharla focuses on supporting couples in business and fostering successful relationships through expert guidance. With a background as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1987, Sharla has developed a private practice and founded Pursuits Coaching, a collaborative coaching network dedicated to empowering clients and organizations. Sharla has also served as a leadership coach for the Colorado Leadership Development Program, enhancing leadership skills for various professionals. Sharla holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Mary's University and a Master of Arts in Education from Austin College.
