Lillian Glaeser

Lillian Glaeser, ASEP, OCSMP III, currently serves as a Systems Engineer II at Sierra Space since January 2022, having previously worked as a Systems Engineer I at Sierra Nevada Corporation focused on the development of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices. Lillian co-founded IV Farms, contributing to sustainable agricultural technology, and has held various roles including Teaching Assistant at the University of Arkansas, Produce Department Manager at Walmart, and Store Manager at Fat Bottomed Girl's Cupcake Shoppe. Lillian's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Central Florida and dual Bachelor's degrees in Biomedical and Biological Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
