Robert Grooms

Robert Grooms currently serves as a Logistics and Requirements Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton since January 2023. Previously, Grooms worked at Northrop Grumman as a Principal Systems Safety Engineer and a Systems Safety Engineer from June 2022 to February 2023. A significant portion of Grooms' career was spent in the United States Air Force from October 2010 to September 2022, where roles included Operations Flight Chief and Generation Flight Chief, managing maintenance activities for 150 Minuteman III ICBMs valued at $2.5 billion, and overseeing a $7.2 billion modification program. Other positions within the Air Force included Lead Production Superintendent, Missile Maintenance Team NCOIC, Quality Assurance Chief Inspector, and DTRA Weapons Specialist, responsible for nuclear weapons inspections and treaty compliance. Grooms holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Trident University International and an Associate's degree in Missile and Space Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
