Kelli Adair

Kelli Adair is a seasoned professional in urban and regional planning with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Property - Planning & Approvals at Boral since July 2021, Kelli previously held the position of Senior Planning & Approvals Manager - Northern Region. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Coordinator - City and Regional Planning and Coordinator City Plan at the City of Gold Coast from November 2016 to August 2020 and as a Senior Planner at Cardno HRP from July 2006 to September 2016. Kelli began a career in planning as a Regeneration Planner at English Partnerships in the UK and as a Planner at Leicester City Council. Kelli's academic credentials include a Master’s and Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Natural Systems and Wildlife Management from The University of Queensland.
