Zachary Hutchins

Zachary Hutchins is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public affairs and media relations. Currently serving as the Manager of Public Affairs and Communications at Boralex Inc. since January 2023, Zachary previously held the position of Media Relations Program Lead at NYISO from December 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing external media outreach and preparing senior leadership for press engagements. As Director of Communications at The Business Council of New York State, Zachary led a three-member team and achieved significant improvements in social media engagement and email communication metrics. Experience also includes roles at the US Chamber of Commerce, Patricia Lynch Associates Inc., New York State Senate, and Time Warner Cable News, showcasing a career focused on strategic communication, relationship building, and digital media management.
