Meghan Payne

Meghan Payne is a accomplished legal professional specializing in health law, currently serving as Counsel at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP since September 2012. In this role, Meghan advocates for health care clients in complex medical malpractice litigation and provides expert advice on various health law issues, including regulatory matters and consent complexities. Prior to this position, Meghan held the role of Senior Associate at the same firm, representing healthcare institutions in medical malpractice and privacy breach claims, and gained foundational experience as a summer law student and student-at-law, as well as with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.
