Fangquan Dai

Fangquan (Martin) Dai is a Senior Engineering Manager at BorgWarner Inc., where they lead the R&D department in developing all-wheel drive systems, encompassing mechanical, electronics, software, control, calibration, and validation. They previously served as an ECU Engineering Manager and Engineering Supervisor at BorgWarner, where they established local ECU development capabilities and led teams in developing AWD control systems for OEMs in the China market. Martin has also worked as a Software Engineer at both Beijing Automotive Technical Center and Delphi, focusing on hybrid vehicle controllers and body/engine control modules, respectively. They earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering from Beihang University.
