Andrew Hall

Andrew Hall is Borrego Solar’s CFO & General Counsel, based in the company’s regional headquarters in Oakland, California. A member of the company’s executive team, Andrew leads the Finance & Accounting and Legal groups at Borrego. Appointed CFO in 2018, Andrew previously served as General Counsel & Executive Vice President. His responsibilities in that role included building out and leading the company’s Legal, Human Resources, and IT functions. Prior to joining Borrego in January 2015, Andrew was Corporate & Compliance Counsel for a publicly traded medical device manufacturer based in Pleasanton, California and an associate attorney at Covington & Burling, LLP and Morrison & Foerster, LLP, where he represented clients in the life sciences, energy and technology sectors on a variety of corporate, transactional and securities matters. Before practicing law, he was a research analyst in the credit risk management division of JPMorgan Chase & Co., covering healthcare and technology companies. Andrew earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Virginia.
