Darin Flick

Darin Flick is a Director of Construction, working out of our regional headquarters in Oakland, CA. Prior to this role, Darin held the role of Field Operations Manager. Darin manages Borrego’s Site Superintendents and Project Managers for the construction of large-scale solar energy systems to ensure that our portfolio projects are completed safely, on-time, and within budget. Having joined our team in 2015 as a site superintendent, Darin completed several portfolio projects such as our work with Golden Springs Development in Santa Fe Springs, CA, the City of South El Monte and most notably, the largest solar generation plant at any airport in California at Sacramento International Airport where we installed 7.9 MW of single-axis tracker systems across two sites. In addition to his portfolio work, Darin has also completed smaller-scale single site projects such as East Bay Regional Parks District Carport installation at Shadow Cliffs Recreation Area.
