Ranganathan Srinivasan

Ranganathan Srinivasan currently serves as the Director and Head of Talent Acquisition at Bosch Global Software Technologies, a role held since October 2021. Previously, Ranganathan worked at DXC Technology as the Director & Chief Talent Acquisition Officer for India Operations from April 2020 to August 2021, focusing on talent acquisition strategy, execution, and operations. Prior to that, Ranganathan was the Global Head and Vice President of Human Resource Business Partners at ITC Infotech, overseeing HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance from March 2019 to April 2020. Ranganathan's career also includes significant roles at Accenture in India, where responsibilities spanned HR leadership and talent acquisition initiatives from December 2004 to March 2019, and earlier positions at Citibank India and Aditya Birla Group. Ranganathan holds a Master of Arts in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Rajasthan.
