Frank Schäfer is currently the Director of MEMS Wafer Technology at Robert Bosch GmbH, where they lead a department focused on developing new MEMS wafer processes. Previously, they held various management roles at Bosch, including Senior Manager of Engineering for ESP Yaw Rate Sensors and Senior Manager of Product Management for Automotive MEMS Sensors. Frank also served as a Project Manager and Technical Project Manager, contributing significantly to the establishment of standard manufacturing processes for MEMS sensors. Additionally, they are the "Weekend"-CEO of Mug of Coffee Software GmbH, where they published their first app, "The Unlabeler." Frank is pursuing a Dr. rer. nat. in Physics at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.
