Nicole Schriefers

Nicole Schriefers is a professional in the fields of software and safety engineering, specializing in sensor fusion and functional safety for automated driving systems. Currently employed at Bosch since December 2017, Nicole has held roles including Software and Safety Engineer for the Automated Driving Alliance and Functional Safety and SOTIF Engineer for Automated Commercial Vehicles. Prior experience includes a master thesis at Fraunhofer IOSB and an internship as an Application Engineer for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems at Bosch. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution, and a Robotics Software Engineer Nanodegree from Udacity. Additionally, Nicole participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Universitat Politècnica de València.
