Joseph LaCascia

Joey LaCascia teaches AP Statistics as well as Probability & Statistics in the STEAM department. He was born in Boston and grew up in Needham, MA. Before coming to BAA, Mr. LaCascia taught Math 1 at the Josiah Quincy Upper School in Bay Village and tutored at the Mathnasium in Newton Centre.

Mr. LaCascia attended Vassar College where he majored in Mathematics and French, having also studied abroad in Paris, France. He earned his MAT (in teaching Secondary Mathematics) at Northeastern University. Outside of school and math, Mr. LaCascia loves reading, cooking & baking, and spending time with his cat, Peri.
