Joshua Hauenstein

Joshua Hauenstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, primarily within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Blending Process Manager at The Boston Beer Company since July 2018, Joshua is involved in capital project integration and R&D operations for blended products. Previously, Joshua held several key roles at Welch's, including Processing Manager and Packaging Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing juice batching, ingredient management, and packaging operations. Prior experience includes positions at L'Oréal, PepsiCo - Tropicana, and an internship at Pfizer. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
