Lisa Kelly-Croswell

Lisa Kelly-Croswell is the current Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Boston Medical Center. Lisa has extensive experience in Human Resources, having served in various leadership roles at companies such as Vertex Pharmaceuticals, NitroMed, CIGNA, Monsanto, and PepsiCo - Frito Lay.

At Vertex, Lisa was responsible for leading all people and organizational efforts to transform the research organization into a fully commercialized, capable, and sustainable biopharmaceutical company. During their time at NitroMed, Lisa built and implemented all HR capabilities to support a specialty pharmaceutical company. At CIGNA, Lisa served as the HR Head for the Healthcare Division, which had $15 billion in revenue and 20,000 employees. Lisa also led the enterprise-wide Employee Relations function.

Lisa's experience in Human Resources spans almost three decades, starting with their roles as Director and Manager at PepsiCo - Frito Lay in the 1990s. In 1998, Lisa moved to Monsanto where they spent six years in Vice President and Director roles before joining CIGNA in 2004.

Lisa Kelly-Croswell has a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

They are on a team with Terri Newsom - SVP & CFO, Aaron Richman - Associate Program Director, and Yagnik Pandya - Assistant Director, MetroWest Medical Center. Lisa Kelly-Croswell reports to Kate Walsh, President & CEO.
