Susie Posner-Jones, MHA, currently serves as Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Boston Medical Center, beginning in July 2024. Previously, Susie held the position of Chief Development Officer at Cambridge Health Alliance from March 2022 to July 2024. Prior roles include Network Director of Philanthropy and Population Health at The University of Vermont Health Network and various positions at The University of Vermont Medical Center, including Director of Development, Senior Development Officer, and Major Gift Officer. Susie has also contributed as a Board Member and Health Impact Council Chair at United Way of Northwest Vermont and as Board President for Citizens for Fairfax Community. Educational accomplishments include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Public Relations and Media Communications from Champlain College, a BA in Psychology from Johnson State College, and a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Champlain College.
