Karina Dhamaris M.

Karina Dhamaris M. is a seasoned design and process engineer currently working at Boston Scientific, where responsibilities include roles as Design Engineer II and Process Engineer across various levels since October 2021. Karina also serves as the Director of Volunteering for Latinos in Comunidad, a social group dedicated to fostering an authentic community for Latinos. Previous experiences include positions as a Process Development Intern at Boston Scientific, an AskRose Tutor, and various internships at Minnetronix, Inc., Google, Catalent Pharma Solutions, Accenture, and Breakthrough Central Texas, where skills in process improvement, tutoring, and cost analysis were developed. Karina holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
