Yaeko Okuda

Yaeko Okuda is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Senior Director of Finance at Boston Scientific since October 2024. Previously, from April 2017 to July 2024, Yaeko held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at BD, where responsibilities included overseeing the Greater Asia Region's financial planning and analysis to support the regional CFO. Prior to this, Yaeko worked as Finance Director overseeing Medicon Inc. after its acquisition by Becton Dickinson, as well as Finance Assistant Controller at CR Bard, which also became part of Becton Dickinson in December 2017. Earlier experience includes roles at Covidien as Regional FP&A Manager and Corporate FP&A Trainee, and at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Tokyo as both Senior Staff Accountant and Staff Accountant. Yaeko obtained an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science in Accounting from SMU Cox School of Business.
