Kat Decelles

Kat Decelles is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Controller at the Boston Symphony Orchestra since January 2022. Previously, Kat held the positions of Senior Vice President & Controller and Vice President & Controller at City Year from January 2018 to December 2021. Kat's earlier career includes serving as Associate Controller at MCPHS University from November 2012 to January 2018 and as Audit Manager at KPMG from September 2006 to October 2012, specializing in Higher Education and Social Services Not-for-Profit Organizations. Kat holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
