Naiá Hortelan

Naiá Hortelan is a Solution Specialist at Botmaker since October 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including new leases and contract renegotiations, developed during previous roles at Cushman & Wakefield as a Consultant in Valuation & Advisory and as a Trainee at NAI Brazil. Naiá has a solid foundation in urban transportation planning from an analyst position at LOGIT, where expertise in data processing and demand modeling was applied. Currently pursuing a Lato Sensu graduate degree in Project Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, Naiá also holds degrees in Computer Programming from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and a bachelor's degree from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
