Julia Ingall

Julia Ingall is the current Chief People Officer at ManyPets. Julia has over fifteen years of experience working in Human Resources and Talent Management. Julia has held senior positions at Ogilvy & Mather, The Brand Union Worldwide, and Ennismore.

Julia is a strategic and innovative HR leader, with a proven track record in developing and implementing people initiatives that have positively impacted business results. Julia is an expert in talent management, organisational development, and employee engagement.

Under Julia's leadership, Ogilvy & Mather was recognised as one of the "Top Companies for Leaders" by Fortune Magazine and the RBL Group. The Brand Union won the "HR Team of the Year" award at the European Business Awards. And Ennismore was named one of the "Best Workplaces in Europe" by Great Place to Work Institute.

Julia holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto.

Julia Ingall has a CIPD in Human Resources from CIPD Qualifications, a PGCert High Performance Coaching from Teesside University, and certification from Psytech International in 15FQ+, CIPD in FCIPD, Hogan Assessment Systems in Hogan, and The British Psychological Society in TUA & TUP.
