Kriti Sammi

Kriti Sammi is currently a Human Resources Executive at BOULT, managing payroll, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, policy formulation, and employee grievances since August 2024. Previously, Kriti worked as a Business Trainee at RSPL Group from November 2023 to August 2024, focusing on talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and salary negotiation, along with employee engagement and grievances. Kriti also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at PVR Limited in early 2023, supporting corporate HR operations, updating employee databases, and working on talent acquisition and employee engagement projects. Prior HR internship experience includes a position at Positive Moves, handling recruitment and HR operations, and a role as a Research Fellow at Marquee Equity, where research on funding transactions and sector analysis was conducted. Kriti holds a PGDM from ICFAI Business School and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Jesus and Mary College.
