Vincent Gougeon

Vincent Gougeon is an experienced legal professional specializing in regulatory and European affairs, currently serving as Legal Manager at Bouygues Telecom since July 2017. Vincent has held various legal roles, including Legal Counsel in regulatory affairs at both Bouygues Telecom and Sigfox, and has extensive experience in competition and international trade law.
