Kathryn Ocampo-Smith is a Senior Recruiter at Bowery Valuation. Kathryn has over 10 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on financial services and accounting. Kathryn started their career as an Experienced Hire Recruiter/Supervising Associate at EY, one of the world’s largest professional services firms. Kathryn then spent four years as the Human Capital Management - Specialist, Talent Acquisition at Success Academy Charter Schools, where they were responsible for recruiting instructional and academic staff, as well as non-instructional and leadership positions in human resources, technology, and marketing. Kathryn is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
