Sara Choi

Sara C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, operations, and healthcare management. Currently serving as a key member of the founding team at Bowtie & JP Health since March 2021, Sara has been instrumental in launching and optimizing a multi-disciplinary healthcare center while managing direct P&L responsibilities. In addition, as the first in-house Talent Acquisition leader at Bowtie Life Insurance Company since February 2020, Sara has developed the talent acquisition function and strengthened organizational culture through strategic partnerships with leadership and HR. Previous roles include Co-founder and Head of HR at Terminal 1, Founder and Technical Recruiter at foldtree, and Business Associate - Customer Success Manager at S Loyalty. Sara began a career in law as a trainee solicitor at Rowdget W. Young & Co., managing numerous litigation cases. Sara holds degrees in Law and Business Administration from The University of Hong Kong, along with certifications in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
