Jane Grover

Jane Grover commenced as the Chief Operating Officer, Box Hill Institute (BHI) in October 2022 and harnesses 25 years of public and private sector experience, passionate about the customer, delivering world class experiences and building organisational capability.

Jane has held senior executive and management roles, Sheraton Group of Hotels, Crown Resorts, and was the CEO of the Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust. All of the executive and management positions focussed on the customer being at the heart of all decisions, building strong foundations, engaging deeply with the community then change ahead of change.

Enjoys complexity and in turn making the complex simple, stimulated by new environments, Jane’s philosophy is that there are challenges in all businesses however, diverse experience coupled with strong leadership provides a new prism.

Jane has a Graduate Diploma of Business, Oxford Business School Alumni also, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is on the Foundation Board of the Melbourne Theatre Company.
