Lisa Young

Lisa Young has extensive experience in human resources and financial management, currently serving as the National Director of Human Resources Administration for the Boy Scouts of America since 1994, where responsibilities include overseeing compensation and benefits for over 27,000 employees and retirees across 400 locations. Prior positions include Controller at Harken Marketing Company, where significant contributions were made to financial accounting for a $1 billion energy corporation, as well as various accounting roles at Aviall and Arthur Andersen. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Academic Distinction from East Texas A&M University and a certificate in Not-For-Profit Leadership from Harvard University.
