Mariam Alam

Mariam Alam is currently a Senior Associate at Boyden. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Assistant at Falcon Social from July 2015 to April 2016. In their role at Falcon Social, Mariam was responsible for supporting enterprise clients in utilizing the full potential of social media marketing.

From July 2017 to October 2019, Mariam worked as a Research Associate and Support Team Lead for Ward Howell International USA. In this role, they were responsible for conducting original research for executive-level search projects, as well as networking with top industry talent. Mariam was also responsible for single-handedly supporting projects from start to finish, including interviewing candidates, creating compensation sheets, and writing reports.

In addition to their work history, Mariam has also initiated plans to strengthen corporate culture and address talent retention challenges.

Mariam Alam reports to Eric Contreras, Heads of Delivery. They work with and Jonathan Taiwo - Senior Associate.
