Law firm Bracker & Marcus LLC has announced lawyers Anna Dover and Nathan Peak are joining its team of qui tam attorneys. Dover and Peak will take charge of the firm’s satellite offices in New York and Washington, D.C. offices, respectively.
"Adding Nathan and Anna does more than just enlarge our geographic reach," said Bracker & Marcus partner Julie Bracker. "It also doubles our fraud-fighting firepower. These talented and experienced attorneys are long-time trusted colleagues as well as friends."
Dover comes to Bracker & Marcus from the recently re-named Milberg Phillips Grossman firm in Manhattan, where she co-chaired the False Claims Act department and helped represent a large number of whistleblowers.
"I am thrilled to continue representing courageous whistleblowers who refuse to stay silent about the fraud they witnessed, and I am excited to continue my career with the excellent team at Bracker & Marcus LLC," said Ms. Dover.
Peak has spent more than 10 years representing whistleblowers in False Claims Act matters, leading the False Claims Act practice for Washington, D.C. firm Ashcraft & Gerel.
"Whistleblowers take enormous personal risks to expose fraud," said Mr. Peak. "It is gratifying to dedicate my career to representing them. I look forward to this opportunity with Bracker & Marcus LLC to continue advocating on behalf of whistleblowers."
